Nielsen & Winther Type Aa by D & M danePlane 1/72nd vacuform.
Frequently called Denmark's first fighter, the N & W was designed by Enoch Thulin as the Thulin Type M. The design was sold to N & W, a machne tool manufacturer, who started a aeroplane division in 1916. In 1917, six Type Aa fighters were delivered to the Army. The last Type Aa was scraped in 1924. A replica is presently being built.
This is D&M's first kit, producing only 300 kits. It is a basic vacuform, with a few metal parts but an excellent decal sheet providing four different color schemes. The instruction sheet also includes two sheets of photos of the actual aircraft.
